Reason for the project

Why it needed to exist.

Deliver sponsor assets that could survive Rodeo venue review: readable at stadium scale, faithful to BP brand standards, and precise enough for custom playback specs.

Goal / aim

What the film needed to make clear.

BP's First Responders Day venue package centered on an ultra-wide photo-grid jumbotron piece and companion HLSR assets: ribbon boards, end-zone panels, VIB review, white caption-safe ribbon space, and BP Brand Central animation details. The public file is a 2772x524, 20-second, high-bitrate stadium-board master built for a nonstandard canvas.

Production approach

How the story was built.

Content Co-op built the jumbotron around small first-responder photo tiles, then refined the HLSR package through Wipster review, duplicate-photo fixes, bp logo alignment, ribbon-board caption spacing, ProRes delivery, and frame-rate feedback for 59.94 progressive playback.

Result

Where the work landed.

The finished package gave BP a venue-ready First Responders Day system rather than a single video file: a sponsor message adapted for jumbotron, ribbons, end-zone boards, and live-stadium review.
