Reason for the project
Why it needed to exist.
Show BP's community commitment through the specific people and places behind the recognition effort, while keeping the message disciplined enough for sponsor review, Rodeo-adjacent delivery, and large-format playback.
Goal / aim
What the film needed to make clear.
BP's Houston first-responder work needed to feel like recognition, not corporate decoration. The film ties Houston first-responder recognition to visible proof: a Rodeo Run start arch and crowd, BP volunteer presence, BP green-dot interview moments, a 2022 ALDS briefing-room scene, uniformed HFD group portraits, donation-box detail, Houston skyline context, and an HFD station exterior.
Production approach
How the story was built.
Content Co-op shaped a 49-second, 29.97fps community film from race coverage, interview bites, volunteer interactions, first-responder boardroom footage, uniform detail, skyline texture, and HFD station imagery. The related delivery work also demanded bp Sans caption styling, sponsor-safe wording, exact timing, ribbon-board alignment, and jumbo-screen frame-rate compliance.
Result
Where the work landed.
The piece became a compact recognition asset for BP's Houston community presence, supported by venue-ready visual files that could move from review links to Jumbotron-ready export and Ribbon-board visual assets without losing the people at the center of the story.
