Reason for the project
Why it needed to exist.
Help technical, business, digital, engineering, science, and supply-trading candidates picture a real first chapter at BP before the application page: the people they would learn from, the workspaces they would enter, the screens and desks around the work, and the growth story behind the recruitment promise.
Goal / aim
What the film needed to make clear.
BP's early-careers message needed to make hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and support to grow feel observable. The film gives graduates and interns a calm look at BP Careers through an associate interview portrait, campus exterior arrival, panel-style mentorship, trading-floor screens, control-room monitors, open-plan desk work, hallway walk-and-talks, outdoor cohort movement, and a clean BP Careers end card.
Production approach
How the story was built.
Content Co-op shaped a 1:28, 720p, 23.976fps recruitment film around one clear associate voice and small proof moments: interview setups, mentor conversation, office-floor introductions, desk and laptop scenes, trading-screen context, control-room monitoring, campus exterior texture, team walking coverage, and branded end-card pacing.
Result
Where the work landed.
The finished film gives BP a candidate-facing recruiting asset that supports careers pages, intern and graduate programme promotion, campus conversations, social recruiting, and recruiter follow-up while letting early-career candidates see the workplace texture before they apply.
