Why it needed to exist.
Translate a technical Lessons Learned narrative into an operations film that could support OKC Lessons Learned review, contractor refreshers, and follow-on mitigation-script support while naming the exact working-at-height behaviors people needed to recognize.

CITGO's Lessons Learned film turns a dense working-at-height safety review into a 4:47, 720p training asset built for plant personnel, contractors, and HSE reviewers. The piece moves from refinery aerial context and Safety Awareness framing into fall-protection system design, tie-off points, worker training, competency verification, safe roof access, access-point assessment, stable setup, housekeeping, and shared site responsibility.

How the story was built.
Content Co-op built the edit around direct CITGO review notes and visible chapter logic: Part 1 fall-protection systems, Part 2 worker training and competency verification, access-point assessment, always-tied-off roof work, stable access setup, storage-area hazards, and site housekeeping. Refinery aerial footage, harness closeups, roof footage, bold chapter cards, animated industrial scenarios, and graphic overlays keep the requirements readable even when live incident footage is limited.
